In een interactieve installatie van Chloé Rutzerveld en Organism Studios in samenwerking met de Nationale Wetenschapsagenda komen kunst, wetenschap en cellulaire landbouw samen. Je krijgt een voorproefje van het productieproces van ‘future food’ en ziet met eigen ogen hoe biotechnologie bijdraagt aan het kweken van voedsel uit cellen van planten en dieren. Interessant, want er komt geen traditionele landbouwmethode aan te pas!
